Value Delivered
Dallas Mechanical Group provided mechanical services—including deinstalling and replacing outdated air handling units (AHUs)—for the Park Place on Turtle Creek commercial office building.
Our team worked on a rapid, fast-paced schedule in an effort to avoid interrupting the client’s regular operations. The completed mechanical upgrade will help increase the building’s energy efficiency and improve its indoor air quality.
Client Objectives
The client needed to replace old HVAC equipment at this high-end office space. And, because tenant comfort and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to them, they also needed a contractor who could complete the renovation in a 72-hour period in order to minimize disturbances to occupants as much as possible.
Solutions
During the project, we provided the following services:
- Disassembled existing AHUs into moveable pieces
- Received and assembled new Dalkin AHUs
- Provided and installed electrical service and connections, including new 40-amp breakers
- Connected Belimo energy valves
- Installed a one-ton LG condenser and a one-ton LG wall-mount fan coil unit
- Provided and installed building automation controls for the new AHUs
