Client Objectives

Bottled Blonde required a contractor capable of designing and installing an effective HVAC solution that also aligned with the restaurant’s style.

Solutions

DMG’s comprehensive solution included 12 rooftop units with gas heat, roof curbs, reheat, non-fused disconnects, ground fault interrupters, economizers, and all required accessories. During the project, we installed:

  • Programmable thermostats
  • Eight split systems
  • Auxiliary drain pans with float switches
  • 98 tapered roof rails with galvanized caps for all condensing units
  • Cooler condenser
  • Duct supports
  • Three bipolar ionization systems for rooftop units
  • Roof-mounted exhaust fans
  • Three intake air hoods          
  • 19 air curtains
  • 38 stainless steel infrared heaters

We also provided National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB)-certified air balancing services.

Client Background

Bottled Blonde is a restaurant concept started by Scottsdale, Arizona-based Evening Entertainment Group. This pizzeria and beer garden is the brand’s fifth location.
