Client Objectives
The Gabe Nesbitt Indoor Tennis Facility is one of the premier indoor training centers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In order for members to train and compete at peak levels, the climate must be first-class. Our customer needed HVAC solutions that would keep their facility operating at peak comfort levels.
Solutions
For this project, we provided and installed the following HVAC solutions:
- Three roof top units
- One outdoor air handling unit
- 14 variable refrigerant flow (VRF) fan coil units
- Two VRF brand selector boxes
- Two VRF outdoor condensing units
- Eight exhaust fans
- Diffusers and ductwork
- Leading-edge energy management system
